How I look after your pet
Gentle, respectful handling
People sometimes say it was just a hamster, or just a guinea pig. I never say that. If you loved them, and they were part of your family, then they deserve care and respect. That's what I'm here for.
Individual cremation, always
Your pet is cremated completely alone, never with other pets. I track their identification at every stage. They're cremated at my purpose-built crematorium in Southport, and never handled by anyone else.
Ashes returned within 72 hours
Their ashes come home in a scatter tube as standard, or you can choose from wooden caskets, urns and photo-frame urns from my memorial collection.
