Warrington Pet Farewells, individual and private pet cremation

Individual cat cremation in Warrington

A cat's absence tends to show up in the small moments. The spot by the window, the sound at the door that doesn't come any more. Whatever led you here, I'll collect your cat from your Warrington home or vet and take care of everything from there, personally.

  • Individual cremation, £170 whatever their size
  • Free collection from home or vet
  • Ashes returned within 72 hours, in a scatter tube
  • One point of contact throughout, which is me

How I look after your cat

Gentle, respectful handling

Cats are sensitive creatures. I'll collect your cat with the same gentle care whether from your home or your vet, and treat them with quiet dignity throughout.

Individual cremation, always

Your cat is cremated completely alone, never with other pets. I track their identification at every stage. They're cremated at my purpose-built crematorium in Southport, and never handled by anyone else.

Ashes returned within 72 hours

Your cat's ashes come home in a scatter tube as standard, or you can choose from wooden caskets, urns and photo-frame urns from my memorial collection.

One person, start to finish

You deal with me from the first phone call through to the moment I hand their ashes back. There are no handovers and no strangers at the door.

What families say

Alan has looked after families under the Southport Pet Farewells name for years, and the service here is the same one, run by the same person.

Having to make the decision to let your pet go is truly heartbreaking but Alan at Pet Farewells helped to ease our sadness. Alan took care of everything. He collected Tilly from the vets and took her to a beautiful farewell room where we could go and say our last goodbyes to Tilly. Alan has a very calming manner and made us feel confident that Tilly was being looked after with dignity and by someone who really cared.

Common questions

Anything else about cats, just call me and ask.

Will I definitely get my cat's ashes back?
Yes. I only carry out individual cremations. Your cat is cremated alone, with a traceable identification system from collection to return.
My cat died at the vet. Can you collect from there?
Yes, and it's very common. Tell your practice you'd like Warrington Pet Farewells to collect, or give me their details and I'll arrange it directly with them. There's no extra charge.
Does the price change with the size of the cat?
No. It's £170 for every cat, whatever their size or breed, and that includes collection, the individual cremation, a scatter tube and their Remembrance Box.
Can my cat be cremated with a blanket?
Yes. Blankets, bedding and soft fabric can stay with them. Anything with metal, batteries, rubber or hard plastic can't go in, but tell me and I'll return it with their ashes.
